About
Pocket Arcade started as a group chat where four friends kept trading screenshots of games we couldn't stop playing on the train. At some point we figured we might as well write it down properly, so here we are. No agency, no marketing budget, just people who like games.
Every game on the site gets real playtime. We don't score anything after five minutes with the tutorial. For racers and arcades that usually means a few hours across different tracks or levels, on a couple of phones, because performance matters as much as the design.,We pick games based on what actually surprises us, not what's trending. Sometimes that's a polished racer with proper handling, sometimes it's a scrappy arcade thing made by two people. If it's boring, we say so, and if it's great, we tell you exactly why.,The catalog grows slowly on purpose. We'd rather have thirty games we stand behind than three hundred we forgot about. Suggestions are always welcome, and yes, we read them all.
